Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Also featured in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.

Further images made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
